NightNest is a local-first wind-down, breathing, and sleep journaling app. It helps users organize evening routines and record personal sleep notes on their own device.

Information We Collect

NightNest does not require an account and does not collect personal information through the app. Wind-down checklist items, breathing practice totals, sleep journal entries, and app preferences are stored locally on the user's device.

Health and Sensitive Data

NightNest does not access Apple Health, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or calendars. The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or monitor health conditions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. The app does not include third-party advertising or third-party analytics.

Local Data

Users can export a local text summary or clear locally stored records from inside the app. Removing the app from the device may also remove local app data.

The app includes links to this privacy policy and the support page. Opening these links may use the device browser.

Children's Privacy

NightNest is not designed to knowingly collect information from children. Because the app does not collect account or contact information, no children's personal information is intentionally gathered.
